AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by a Member or from another person's unauthorized use of an account.
Search Visibility
AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com includes search functionality that may display profile information, usernames, documents, and other content based upon search terms entered by users.
If you do not wish certain information to appear in search results, it is your responsibility to modify your privacy settings or remove the information from your profile or published content.
Basic account information necessary for operation of the platform may continue to appear in search results or public pages even after certain profile fields are hidden.
No Expectation of Absolute Privacy
No website, computer system, mobile application, or internet transmission can guarantee complete privacy or absolute security.
By using AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com, you acknowledge that electronic communications and internet-based services involve inherent risks, including unauthorized access, interception, hacking, data breaches, technical failures, human error, or misuse by third parties.

No Responsibility for Actions of Other Users

AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com shall not be responsible or liable for any information copied, downloaded, shared, forwarded, reposted, archived, quoted, recorded, published elsewhere, or otherwise used by another person after you voluntarily make that information available through AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com.
This includes, without limitation:
screenshots;
downloading or copying documents;
republication on websites or social media;
forwarding emails or messages;
harassment by another user;
identity misuse by third parties;
reputational harm;
emotional distress;
financial loss;
or any other damages arising from another person's independent actions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com, its Owner(s), Administrator(s), Moderators, Staff, Volunteers, Trust, Partners, Affiliates, Members, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
information voluntarily published by a Member;
another person's access to publicly available information;
the independent acts of other Members or third parties;
unauthorized access to user accounts despite reasonable security measures;
internet or network failures;
data interception;
hacking;
malware;
cyberattacks;
technical failures; or
circumstances beyond AGH8's / Awaken.AGH8.com reasonable control.
Your Acceptance
By creating an account, maintaining a User ID, logging into AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com, or otherwise using any AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com website(s), application, subdomain(s), or service(s), you acknowledge that you understand the privacy settings available to you, accept responsibility for the information you choose to publish, voluntarily assume the risks associated with online publication, and agree to hold harmless AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com as provided in the Hold Harmless Agreement.
AGH8 Search Bar: Profile details will appear in a search based on the words used to search. If you do not want personal details to appear you will need to click edit profile on your profile to change privacy settings. Basic profile will appear in search.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, DIGITAL RECORDS, AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE CONSENT
Consent to Conduct Business Electronically
By creating an account, registering as a Member, accessing AGH8, clicking an acceptance button or checkbox, purchasing a subscription or service, publishing a document, or otherwise using any AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com website(s), application(s), subdomain(s), or service(s), you consent to conduct transactions and communications electronically.
You agree that AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com may provide agreements, policies, notices, disclosures, updates, account information, invoices, receipts, and other communications electronically rather than in paper form.
Electronic Signature
You acknowledge and agree that your electronic actions—including clicking "I Affirm," checking a consent box, creating an account, logging into your account, purchasing a subscription, recording or publishing a document, or otherwise affirmatively accepting this Agreement—constitute your electronic signature and your intent to be legally bound by this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, your electronic signature shall have the same force and effect as your handwritten signature.
Electronic Records
You agree that all electronic records maintained by AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com, including account registrations, login records, acceptance of agreements, payment confirmations, subscriptions, profile changes, privacy settings, published documents, timestamps, communications, and system logs may be maintained in electronic form.
These electronic records may be used, to the extent permitted by applicable law, as evidence of your actions, consent, transactions, and use of the AGH8 platform.
Responsibility for Account Activity
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, authentication credentials, and access to your account.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, all activity occurring under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you until you notify AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com that your account has been compromised and AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com has had a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Record Retention

Deletion of a Member's account does not necessarily require the immediate deletion of all electronic records, backups, audit logs, or information that AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com is permitted or required to retain.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and are responsible for keeping your contact information current so that you may receive important electronic communications from AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com.
Revocation of Consent
If you withdraw your consent to conduct business electronically, AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com may be unable to provide some or all services available through the platform. AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services that require electronic communications or electronic acceptance of agreements.
Survival
This Electronic Communications, Digital Records, and Electronic Signature Consent shall survive the termination of your account and shall continue to apply to electronic records created during your use of AGH8 / Awaken.AGH8.com, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
